Group Cooking Classes
Our in-person group cooking classes will be up to 4 students for a more intimate class.
The classes will be held in Cleveland Heights.
We will learn how to create healthy vegan meals and you will have recipes to take home with you!
September 25th at 7pm we will learn how to make a mushroom and walnut bolognese sauce with pasta and a garden salad with a simple vinaigrette.
Traditional Bolognese is a meat sauce made with beef, pork, onions, carrots, celery, tomatoes, wine and milk. We will use mushrooms and walnuts instead of the meat and vegan parmesan to make a creamier sauce.
You are welcome to byob! For this class a dry red wine would be best.
